What Happened to 11 Children in a Tennessee Detention Facility?
11 children were arrested in rutherford county, tennessee. The crime they were charged with was criminal responsibility for conduct of another. A federal judge later ordered the county to change its policy. In an 11 million dollar settlement earlier this year, the county denied any wrong doing.
