What Helped Pull Me Out of the Hole?

This is not medical advice. These are things that work for me. They may not work for you. So I want to end this podcast with some notes from my journal about what helped me get through this time, like especially while the medication was adjusting and yeah, what helpedI get through the depression and anxiety. Tracking small shifts, you notice each day and sharing with your boyfriend and in your journal. This really helped keep me hopeful. And then I put day 12, depression began lifting.
