The Relational Magic of Charisma
In charismatic churches, the grounding of faith is often not propositional or doctrinal. There's something slightly more durable about that that's harder to deconstruct than your abstract propositional faith. I think for me being, like you said, the right brain orientation of where I grew up really helped balance out in a good way with my inherent left point brain Orientation.
