There's a dual game game going on. The formal part is that the US as a big buyer in the market phones up your local ministry and says, hey, listen up, if you don't pass this evaluation, we're not going to do ABC or D. And then they pull out some geopolitical leverage that they have on the country. So there are ways and means of manipulating everyone into compliance behind the scenes. I will never get to see it, by the way. But we must be sure to be aware that it exists.
