The government is expected to bear as much as 50 % of the costs associated with setting up a fabricator. They hope to create some 35 thousand specialized, higend jobs and attract investments worth 23 billion dollars in the process. Both industry incumbents and outsiders have hailed this announcement as a game changer. But incentives alone won't help us become a manufacturing hub.
