What Meditation Can Do to the Body

Coffee will make you feel more energized but there's quite a cost that you have to pay. A 20 minute meditation is basically the equivalent of doing an hour or an hour and a half nap. When you're resting two to five times deeper than sleep when you meditate then when you come out, you are in fact more awake. Contrary to popular belief your stress is not helping you in the productivity department.
