There's a lot of engineers i've talked to, and they're like, you know, i just want to be promoted soe people listen to me. The solution is not to get rid of people challenging each other. It's this work over here to trust and respect that you need to do. Eric ad and i think it sits olby, we can go quite deep in. We should have another one of those again.
