What advice do you have for those of us who are still experiencing our first market cycle? And either are or are about to experience our first real market downtime. He says location matters and it does. Asset class, asset quality and location matters. Your sponsor matters, matters quite a bit. So companies that have been around for decades and have been through various cycles that I would focus on.
