How to Tap Into Passive Reflexes

I was thinking about Julian Pino talked about this when he was talking about movements that are more like external torque chain. So you without even really trying, you reflex out of the bottom of it when you give it a little bit of speed. I also play with a variation, what we call a double dip. You will be getting in and out of one of the movements, but when you drop down, you drop and then you drop again quickly and then you pop out of it. And that plays with passive reflexive actions, which I think is super valuable if you're trying to transfer that into cutting changing direction.
