The Benefits of Running Easy

When we run easy, when we do it more consistently, we establish an aerobic capacity building foundation that literally begins to change our physiology from the inside out. Those micro changes on the inside of our body is what starts to happen when you start to establish a consistent routine around running at easy efforts. Undensity begins to improve bone size over time, actually gets bigger by having the impact on your legs. That improves a lot of different things from bone density to obviously muscular strength to joint function. And if you go too hard, by the way, you negate many of those benefits.
