How to Reframe Anxiety and Anxiousness in the Workout Process
Cognitive reframe and cognitive reappraisal is a way to reshape your brain. You can use curiosity in any high stress situation to calm yourself down because it's really easy to do both at once. In fact, there was this study out of Harvard where they wanted to see if people could work faster than cognitive reframming for the sake of working on their own mental health. They found that when you add in those goals and you add in that mission, you just get a better workout. There's just no way around it. And part of that is this autonomy, attention, copleness that I'm talking about.
