The Speed of Light in a Vacuum
The speed of light in a vacuum is exactly 299,792,458 meters per second. This is a universal speed limit. Nothing can go faster. Albert Einstein had several realizations about the speed of light and the extremely strange things that happen at light speed. But he also determined that it's impossible for anything with mass to travel at thespeed of light. There's actually a lot more information on this subject than I've shown you so far.
