The Importance of Balance in Life

I think for me personally, it's about balance. However, I'm very, very good at saying no. At the end of the day, like if you are in that power position to say no to anything and not be directed by my senses or urges then you're winning. It's really about being in control of also your emotions and really mastering your mind. And I would be lying if I said I'm there, like I think it's a very, very, very long journey. But generally speaking, I think I'm in a very good way because I really I see like the progression that I'm making from."
