Is There a Difference Between Men and Women in the Workplace?
I think the culture is also infantilised, everybody, particularly younger people. The markers of adulthood are further and further out of the reach for a larger number of people. This forces a culture to become like cushions so you can't get the things you really want. It's got to be economic, it's got to been partly technological, you know? And this kind of coming together, this proximity of men and women, I think, has created a crisis in the discussion and the feeling thereof.
