I've always been disappointed and far, I should say frustrated with the Supreme Court. Proponents of affirmative action have been critical actually of the way the Supreme Court has defended diversity in higher education as a compelling state interest. And so I think that that's probably- And as the Alan Bocke decision 78, right? Yeah. It was kind of a, it was kind of the same thing in 2003.
