I keep thinking to myself that something has gone wrong along the line of the process where clients tell us how much they want to spend and when they want it done by. And I always just sit there thinking, what am I meant to say in response to the fictional timeline and budget that you've just given me? Why don't you wait instead for me to tell you how long it's going to take and how much it’s going to cost? Yes. But it keeps happening where someone will just, I don't know if it's a sort of trust thing. Sometimes it's a cultural thing.
