How to Make a Living as a Freelance Producer

Take care of your crew, especially if it's a non union job. I've seen this happen a lot with producers that have just been in the business too long where they think they need a lot of bells and whistles that they don't need. What advice would you give to freelancers or, you know, creatives that are just starting out that are trying to make a living as a freelancer? Like what should they be thinking about very early on?
