There are two foods that provide full complement of carbon, of carbohybedates, fat and proteins which don't kill anything. And youknow what they are? Milk and honey. One chance to not have to kill any life form at all, and it's excluded in the diet.

He is a recipient of 21 honorary doctorates, the Public Welfare Medal from the National Academy of Sciences, and the Distinguished Public Service Medal from NASA. Asteroid 13123 Tyson is named in his honor. He lives in New York City.
