I think it's helpful for folks to hear in these stories that it's not like the department was at this high pinnacle for years and years and years. And then you just find like won this award, but like you came from somewhere in your words, Eve, like it was kind of chaotic. So let's talk about that story then. I guess I'll start there. For the lean methodology for us, we were very lucky that we engaged our executive team, really bringing them downstairs, into sterile processing,. seeing what was happening, getting our team members to talk with them to understand. We learned through our project managers a lot more about doing spaghetti diagrams and went through and created those problems
