I moved to Dubai because I saw what was happening in the UK and it made me sick to my stomach. So that's the other thing, you know, you look at like LA, you look in New York and it's like, of course prices are going to go down there more than they are. And for example, Miami, why because Florida treats the wealthy people with respect and treats them well. Most rich people are really, really, really good people. That sometimes can change people. Depends on how you're raised and how you're educated. The only way you really get wealthy is by being a good person and doing it long enough.
