The recent tax reform act is really huge. It covers all manner of sins. But we're here specifically to talk about the business element of it, in particular how corporate tax rates have changed. And so there's sort of this two-layer process. First you're taxed at the corporate level, and then you're taxed on the cash that's given back to you as a shareholder.
