TNS: A Pain Syndrome

TNS transient neurologic symptoms are most common with spinal lidocane. The pain can be mild to severe but unlike caudic quinocindrome it's exclusively a pain syndrome. Methimoglobinemia is something you may hear about or see on a test. Prylocane endosis above about 600 milligrams can cause methimagobinemia.
