The Irony of Climate Activism

Whether prominent politicians like Elizabeth Warren and Barack Obama or billionaire industrialists like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, they all want to deal with the looming climate crisis. And they also don’t want to have to sacrifice personally in any way. And that’s why they fly in private jets, build mega-mansions and, in Obama’s case anyway, lecture poor people in third world countries about why they can’t have cars and air conditioning.
