Dr. Dante has the power of the moon, it's true. He was found guilty and sentenced to 22 years in prison. But he only served 28 months of his 22 year sentence. Dr. Dean who wasn't murdered said hypnosis was quote, too powerful a tool to teach to any idiot off the street.
