The Insurance Companies Won't Pay You, Right?

Insurance companies are paying out so much less in settlement on big cases. Cusi is not going they can afford to pay more events costs, right? And i think it's easy for us to say, and, i mean, i'm blessed every day to think through the fact that we don't have to settle our cases cheap. We can hold firm. We can continue pushing our cases. Oh, you know. But frankly, there are a lot of lawyers out there who have to think twice about the settlement offers based on the realities of not getting tha trial day in the next nine months or so.
