How to Hire People

Most people are unreliable, especialy for tring t a sales job. All you hae to do is follow up. If someone is not optimistic, if someone is not whom you want to be working with, that's going to be a downer. You go through three stages. The first stage s you hire someone that's just smart and figures it out. Second stages, you hire someone who's done it and they're pretty good or they can figure it out. And third stages,you hire an expert. So i think there's two ways of approaching it.
