Getting the Right Developers Into the Team?
All new hires get paired up with a buddy, and so that is their go to person for any and all questions. We have weekly one on ones, myself and them, just to figure out how they're doing. And then i always set up either monthly or maybe every two months, depending on an individual career chats. So making sure that we are having conversations about what they want to be when they grow up. The more you can show a junior the full ecosystem of the sawford delivery life cycle early on, the better off your team will be.
