How to Create a Successful YouTube Channel

We found the majority of our success last year and then immediately spun up a second channel. A second channel for a podcast that we already had similar to this. So I think, I like to look at YouTube channels as shows now. But if you think about a channel as a show, now envision like a TV show that you watch every week.
