Diana O'Lachier: We've now seen three straight months of seasonally adjusted increases in home prices. She says the expectation is because we have such low supply in the market and still strong demand that those prices are going to still push higher again. "It's a supply and demand crunch that we've really never seen anything like this before," she says.
