Slowing Down Time

People have these perceptions of slow down time when they are in danger. I believe fear is different than danger. Danger is an innate sense. Fear is a an emotion which is triggered in parts of the brain when we sense danger. We may be able to experience time differently. What if we could harness that during our day, like i just did to day, to slow down my day and move out of the way of my steering column? The combination of all o the anecdotal experiences, the science, the practical a exercises for people to take part in, is meant to shift a perspective. It's to change our perspective of time so that we can truly lead a life which is, of course
