I've spoken with a fewd who sort of been v s backed and then, one way or another, got off that train. And it's almost unanimous that everybody wishes they just would have done that from the getgo. But lots of companies die trying to get to that stage too. I do think there is a level of outcome bias there. One of the reasons to raise money is a social one where it gives you a sort of credential that is very useful.
