Using UTC Atomic Clocks on the Moon
The European Space Agency is trying to achieve LunaNet, a framework of mutually agreed upon standards. A standard lunar time could make partnering on joint observations and overall communications just a lot easier. Someone will have to be in charge of lunar time, similar to how the BIPM is in charge of UTC on Earth. But you'll be able to set your watch to moon time for all of your moon visits!
