PM's and the Business Case of a Product Company
The key responsibility I'd say is to kind of focus on the business and always leverage that data. To understand how it falls into the full picture, because obviously PM's at least in my experience it was like this. Usually as the designer, I benefited a lot from really diving deeper into the business case from PM's. So they would do their job, they will see the picture more holistically sometimes. The typical deliverable from the PM would be like a roadmap or some sort.
