In a service organization, or customer laid or betesy organization, everybody should have responsibility for making sure that your customer is happy. So could we reasonably expect, in stead of a classic hierarchical organization type structure, a essentially one one person with team a to make all that happen in instead of this complex environment we now exist in? There is argument on both sides. But in my experience, and limited experience, ispos work in the business world. It needs somebody to take ownership of it.
