A Shautatory?

The ashivas and schools favored by most americans are focused on developing the character of children so that they grow up to be decent human beings. I would like to see a, i would love to see a that broght, that word, brought in front of Americans and see them try to define what that word means. A shautatory. But, i mean, i guess i like the broader question outside, like this an interesting local story about the complete failure of new york state and city government to m i don't no, manage it's ano educational system or prevent children from being abused.
