How to Prioritize Tech, the State, Class, and Culture

In a society that resembles what Rousseau describes as one with a more proper one, it's difficult to work collaboratively or collectively on the project of trying to do something about inequality. It's quite difficult for an individual to single-handedly change the fundamental technological situation for society as a whole. The things that might make more of a difference are more rarely things that any one person or any one organization can straightforwardly get a handle on.
