Hoover and the Bolshevik Revolution

The Bolshevik revolution deranged the ruling classes around the world. Hoover was a man who almost had us nuke, uh, China in the 1950s. He takes that very personally as well. And so he builds this Hoover institution that's combined with the war library but has a very different purpose. That's to fight communism in the world.
