23 me has made a real bet on ow being a direct to consumer company, that engaging the consumer will be a path. And i we've also seen things where people want to use ai and chatpots and other things. But in the end, i guess it is what you say in the beginning. It's empowering the patient to be able to know what to do and to be incented to do it,. To understand thei rewards, understand the risks, and it will get it done.
