The Limits of Google's Control

I don't think that the personnel is the issue. I think it's sunk cost, which we might call engineering debt at this point in some ways. And one of the big problems Google has right now is they've been so resistant to do anything where they don't have complete control or even like a higher standard than what they have for their other solutions. But with Chachie P-T and all the things that are going to come out, which are their new competitors, I think they have permission to do it. In fact, they're going to be forced to doing it.
