How to Get the Most Out of Your Day

Don't look at your watch, for that'll just keep you awake. Go away and do something boring until you feel sleepy then go back to bed. The rule is to associate bed with sleep and sex and nothing else. If you guys are waking up already pretty early there's some really good way of setting your internal clock. A 20, 25 minutes walk first thing in the morning before breakfast is brilliant.
