The Imminence of Crossing the Boundary Conditions
Getting pushed into the boundary conditions can often feel like, you know, we have no other choices. So that is a really excellent point because what happens when you cross the boundary is it's not clear whether you're going to have a collapse or graceful degradation. And if you have people collapsing and removing themselves as you had to from the work environment then overall the whole performance of the system declines. What can one do as the individual, but also what can leaders do?
