The Importance of Moderate Physical Activity in Pregnancy

In 1985 the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists issued their first guidelines for prenatal physical activity. In 2002 A. Cog had another updated guideline that is now recommending that women be active during pregnancy. By 2008 we're getting guidelines that look pretty similar to what we have today but that was a long process like from basically the the 1920s up to 2008.
