Is Fresh Fruit a Good Food for You?

There's like this huge movement on social media that women, especially women in their thirties, who have either pc o s or are struggling with a obesity and type to diavedes should be avoiding fruit. I don't know of many studies, if any, that show that fresh fruit ind all of these cohorts and outcomes are detrimental. You can really just make a smoothi of fruit, believed or not, or add things if you need texture or flavour. It blows my mind where some of these claims come from.
