The Impact of Taking a Job in a High Impact Area

In some of the priority areas that we're focused on, it is quite hard to measure the impact. If I said at relatively low cost, you could save 40 people's lives. I think most people would say that's a really valuable thing to do. And we think it's more impact than a doctor, as in a rich folder, the cost of the career is our estimate. In reality, if people focus on our priority areas and they're willing to go hard and take some risks, they can have much more impact than that,. potentially 10 or 100 fold as much. But it's harder to prove that. It's more a judgment call.
