What Is a Punch Board?
In the 1920s, slot machines and trades stimulators were kind of games of chance. These companies would also deal in non-coin-operated games of Chance. A punch board was a paper board where you can punch out these individual kind of openings to get prizes. David Gottlieb: Al Walzer had entered the coin-operated amusement and gambling business with a machine called Hootman Golf. The story that he always told is just apocryphal stories passed down through the generations afterwards.
