I wanted to define the endowments which should in principle mean equalization of human capital or skills. I think that this, that's where one sort of action should be taken is really access to the best education facilities for everybody and not talking about it. The American public education system is a bizarre system of endowment as well because by your parents ability to build a home in a nice area, move a good school district, your children then saw a financial endowment.
