Building a B2B Participant Panel

When you're building a participant panel, you want to create a sense of a community. So what does that look like? I did several different things when it came to this community and making them feel heard and respected and valued. Check with your legal department to see what you are allowed and not allowed to give your clients though because that is something to very much consider. They also got to talk to us about our roadmap if they wanted to. We had a customer roadmap day where we would share a roadmap to interested parties and they would give us feedback.
