Is There a World's Fair?

There are several attempts since 84 to do a World's Fair. And they've all fallen victim to the same issue: how do we have a legacy plan in place for the site after the fair has hosted? The other component of this which is like, how do you actually just run the event like a business? Right. You sell the pavilion spaces to companies and they pay for it. So there's some cool opportunities with a lot of new this new cities movement that's taking place.
