Slow Everything Down for Yourself
Take the pressure off and slow everything down. Have patience during a challenge, slowing things down and allowing it to solve itself overtime. 30 minutes of practice can be even better than five or six hours of practice if you choose to approach it in this way. The third and last mind set i want to talk about is how to cook good food. I personally like to cook quite a bit but we struggle with trying to create something that people will eat for years on end. We should probably make sure we're eating a little healthier when we're cooking too.
