I think acceptable behaviour for me is one recognizing people's pain anguish. I lost an uncle to covert. We weren't quite sure whether he was infected in hospital or as he came out. He was eligible for vaxin. Sadly, he hadn't gone for his appointment in time before he caught the infection and we lost him to covert. So it's not lost on my family that that pain, that anguish, that, of course, e they te how hard the hardship around following the rule. My bottom line, you have to apologize, and you have to have an investigation and get to the bottom of it. People are angry. They're dismayed. And when you do make
